for grammar and spelling.
The USJJF also reserves the right to reject
any article or photo that is deemed inappropriate in content.
Guidelines:
Scanned photos may be submitted in any valid image
format. Images in .jpg or .gif format are preferred, and should be attached
separately from articles that are submitted. Do not embed them into your article
file as the quality is generally rather poor. Insert typed place-holders within your
article to show where you prefer the photos be inserted.
Articles should relate to the Martial Arts. Commentary
and editorial content is appropriate as it relates to the Martial Arts, but we prefer that
articles be factually based.
Before submitting your article, read it over and over and
make your best attempt to correct spelling and grammatical errors. Have a friend or
colleague read it and make additional corrections. You should correct as much as
possible before submission, otherwise we will have to do it, and often editing can alter
the message that you are trying to get across to our readers.
